Tell me about custom order
At Cozy Furniture & Lifestyle, we are committed to providing you with furniture that perfectly suits your style and needs. Our custom order service allows you to personalize fabric, color, and size for all our furniture pieces. Custom orders typically take between 8-12 weeks to complete, including the processing, manufacturing, and delivery of your personalized furniture.
All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. As materials are procured and production starts based on your specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds once production has commenced. We ensure the highest quality standards in our custom furniture, so if you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We strive to ensure that every piece of custom furniture meets our high standards and your expectations. While we aim to meet these estimated dates, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to supply chain issues.
Tell me about pre-order
We invite you to explore and pre-order upcoming furniture pieces from our "Coming Soon" section. By placing a pre-order, you secure items before they arrive at our distribution center, ensuring that you receive the latest designs without delay.
Upon purchase, you will be provided with an approximate shipping date, and we will notify you once your pre-order is ready and shipped directly to you. While we aim to meet these estimated dates, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to supply chain issues.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes we do! We offer FREE Door to Door White Glove Delivery service (on larger items) to most GTA major cities. For deliveries outside the free delivery zone, an additional shipping fee will be applied.
What is included in the Delivery Service?
Our White Glove Delivery Service is available for a selection of larger furniture, including beds, sofas, dining tables, and kitchen sideboards*. (Exclude Storage Beds & Tulip Dining Tables) This premium service includes:
✔ Delivery to your door
✔ Full furniture installation
✔ Placement in your desired spot
✔ Removal and disposal of all packaging
For all other small to medium furniture, delivery is to your doorstep only. Installation, unpacking, and packaging disposal are not included for these items.
How much is the delivery fee outside of the free delivery zone?
For areas outside our free delivery zone, a flat-rate delivery fee of $99 applies to all orders.
For locations beyond our service area, shipping fees may vary. To get an accurate shipping quote, please enter your shipping address at checkout or contact us with your product details and delivery location for a personalized estimate.
The delivery rate remains fixed, regardless of the number of items in your order. Please note that you can always pick up your order for free from our store location.
What if I located outside of your delivery area? What should I do?
We offer shipping across Canada and are happy to provide a personalized quote. Please send an email to support@cozyfurnitures.ca with your postal code and a list of the items you'd like to purchase. We'll respond with your delivery options as soon as possible. Please note that installation and unpacking are not included.
For a selection of smaller items, we also offer delivery by courier to United States.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you to make an appointment for the delivery of your order. For large furniture (Sofas, Beds, Dining Tables, Mattresses) please book a elevator if your delivery address is a condo or apartment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange ONLY if the item is defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that Standard Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier.

What is your warranty policy?
I. Valid from the date of delivery or pick-up; proof of purchase is required.
II. Warranty Coverage:
- Sofa frames are covered by a two (2) year non-transferable warranty.
- Bed frames are covered by a one (1) year non-transferable warranty.
- This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
III. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: Examples include but are not limited to cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials, and stains.
- Improper assembly or installation: Damages resulting from incorrect assembly or installation by the customer or third parties.
- Alterations: Products that have been altered in any way that departs from their original design.
- Cleaning damage: Damages caused by cleaning products or improper cleaning methods.
- Improper use: Using products in ways other than their intended purpose, such as standing on a chair, jumping on a bed, or using non-commercially graded products for commercial purposes.
- Consequential or incidental damage: Losses such as scratches to floors or loss of personal effects.
- Environmental misuse: Using indoor goods outdoors or in environments for which they were not designed.
- Solid wood furniture: may warp, crack, or split due to environmental factors like humidity changes. Proper maintenance, as outlined in If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care instructions, they will not fall under our warranty.
IV. Goods requiring assembly:
- Special care must be taken when handling goods requiring assembly. Inspect all parts, including hardware, before assembly. Valid part and/or hardware claims must be made prior to assembly.
- Damages resulting from assembly errors or mishandling of parts, such as scratches, are not covered by this warranty.
V. Resolution of Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims will be resolved at the sole discretion of Cozy Furniture & Lifestyle. Remedies may include but are not limited to:
- Replacement parts at no charge.
- Repairs at no charge.
- Partial or full refunds.
- Exchanges or returns.
Cozy Furniture & Lifestyle reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Logs of all previous versions of this warranty are maintained, and the version in effect at the time of purchase will be applied to your order.
How long can I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cozyfurnitures.ca.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
Should you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For cancellations requested after 24 hours but within 7 days from the date of purchase, a cancellation fee of CAD$100 will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that orders cannot be canceled beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that a restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
What if I receive my order damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Some of our products need to be assembled. It is important to carefully follow the provided assembly instructions and correctly install the products. Any damage resulting from improper installation is not eligible for a return or refund.
