I bought an Isla Coffee Table in White. When the table was first delivered, it arrived with multiple dents. I immediately contacted CozeyFurnitures, and to my surprise, I was offered only a $50 reimbursement for a coffee table that cost over $1,000 plus taxes. This was unreasonable given the damage, so the table was eventually replaced.
However, the replacement table also arrived with dents on the corners. The delivery personnel told me that this “happens because it’s man-made” and that dents occur when shaping the corners. I accepted it only because those dents were at least not visibly obvious.
Shortly after this, I had to travel outside of Canada for personal reasons and only recently returned. I hadn’t actually used the coffee table until now. After just a few days of normal use, I noticed new dents forming in the middle of the table. I was already planning to reach out, but this morning, the situation became unacceptable — I placed my coffee mug on the table and the corner chipped and cracked.
Are you telling me that I cannot even place a coffee mug with lukewarm temperature on a coffee table? The quality is far below what I paid for, and this is not normal wear — this is a material defect.
When I contacted CozeyFurnitures they told me they can't help on their end but they will contact the manufacturer in China to see if they can provide with a repair kit.
First of all this was not my mistake, I didn't damage the table; it cracked out of no where because I placed my coffee mug on it. Instead of helping the customer, they used manufacturer as an excuse.
If you are planning to buy the table, you can buy BUT DONT YOU DARE USE IT!!
I was told this is the best selling table still I am the only one who left a 5 star review on this table because of the great delivery experience.
Ordered the tranquil rug less than 2 months ago - first the rug has some sort of coating on it that made our hardwood floors more slippery than an ice rink, second the entire rug (no traffic area) is already coming apart! Worst $733 dollars ever spent - don’t waste your money!
Excellent customer service - I called into the store to get some dimensions of a product and was immediately assisted; after I purchased the product, I was notified of the date/time of delivery (which was accurate); I had some additional questions regarding the equipment instructions and was again provided with immediate help; would shop here again, customer service was top notch, felt well supported.

We had to wait a while for the couch. Not Cozy’s fault. We were kept informed of its status with abundance of apologies. Cozy delivered and set up the couch. Very polite, professional and respectful, taking all wrapping garbage with them. It is huge and comfy. 1 thing I did not like is the down feathers that keep coming thru the fabric. Pillows could use more filling. Save for these 2 things, we enjoy the couch, so comfy we often fall asleep. Spot cleaning is easy and not noticeable. A recommend buy. We love our couch.

Excellent service! They were friendly, professional and efficient! They carried the furniture up my stairs and managed all my obstacles including a baby gate. They also removed and brought their garbage with them! The buffet we ordered is exactly as described, im very happy- Highly recommend!

the coffee table of my dreams !!! this is definitely an eternity modern dupe and at a fraction of the cost. the high quality materials and coating is perfect because and its scratch and heat resistant. I’m so in love with the deep grey and burgundy veins these pictures don’t do justice. the delivery was probably the best delivery I’ve ever received. product came on time and at the specified time (since I live in a condo and need to book the elevator) the delivery men set everything up for me (twice 🤣 since I change my mind the first time).
